Monique Forcier is a Spiritual Coach, Intuitive and Certified Sound Healer, and Kundalini Yoga Teacher

Join us for A Sound Healing.

This interactive sound healing class will utilize quartz crystal sound bowls and a chiron gong to bring balance to the energetic body. Relax and fall deep into peace with an energy balancing sound meditation. The journey includes 4 phases: an activation phase, a dissonant phase to break up stagnant energy, pure tones to tune and align the energy centers, and elevating harmonic tones to expand your auric field. For many, the result is a blissful yet activated state of elevated vibration.
